SYA VOLLEYBALL REFUND POLICY
The following is SYA Volleyball’s policy on refunding any application fee that you have paid for this 2010 spring season:
· If you should decide to withdraw your child from the program before March 1, 2010, you will then be refunded the total application fee ($100.00).
· If you should decide to withdraw your child between the dates of March 1 - March 25, 2010, you will only be refunded $70.00 since the cost of your child’s shirt and other costs would have been incurred by the program.
· If you should decide to withdraw your child after March 25, 2010, you will receive no refund.
All requests for refunds must be called into or emailed to Dave Lacey, SYA Volleyball commissioner, volleyballguy@cox.net. Please provide your telephone number, your name and your child’s name and grade.
