George Mason High Performance Camps
Girls camp is June 25 - 28, 2009. Boys camp is July 30 - August 2, 2009

Virginia Tech Volleyball Camp

Virginia Tech Volleyball and South Lakes HS have teamed up this year to offer an exciting team volleyball camp! VT is coming to South Lakes to teach YOU how to play better and to play better as a team!

Campers will compete and train with one of the region’s most prestigious coaching staffs while learning offensive and defensive systems, the fundamentals of team cohesion. Camp will be conducted by VT Volleyball Head Coach Chris Riley, and members and players of the VT Women’s Volleyball Program

Dates:          Thursday, June 25 - Saturday, June 27, 2009
Times:            4:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday & Friday,
                        9:00am to 4:00 pm on Saturday w/break
Location:     South Lakes HS Gym
Ages:         Rising High School Freshmen through Seniors
Cost:            $140 per camper

Seahawk Volleyball Camp

Welcome to the 1st summer camp for South Lakes Volleyball! We're so excited to be able to offer a camp this summer and hope that you will take advantage of this great opportunity!

Campers will receive detailed instruction at every skill level. They will learn key components of passing, setting, digging, hitting, and blocking which will elevate their level of play to the next skill level. There will be a great mix of instructional drills and game time situational play. This is a great camp to develop all aspects of the game. The camp will be conducted by members of the South Lakes HS Coaching Staff and Varsity Student Athletes

Dates:            Monday, July 20 - Friday, July 24, 2009
Time:            5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Location:    South Lakes HS Gym
Ages:           Boys and Girls Ages 8 to 14
Cost:              $100 per camper / $90 for each additional camper (in the same                                   family)
