Fall 2023

A Registration Fee Discount of $15 will be assessed for registrations prior to June 1, 2023.

A Late Registration Fee of $25 will be assessed for registrations on or after July 1, 2023.

A $5.50 Fairfax County Department of Neighborhood and Community Services fee per player will be added to each player’s registration for the season.

An additional $30 out of county fee will be added to each out of county player’s registration fee as per policy of Fairfax County Department of Neighborhood and Community Services.

Families will receive a $15 multi-child discount.

Volunteers

Babe Ruth baseball always needs volunteers, especially qualified coaches. To join us in operating the league, please sign up through the volunteers section of the SYA Registration Page. A $50 fee will be charged to Opt-Out of volunteering.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received prior to the roster distribution meeting (coaches meeting). Commissioners are authorized to return registration fees (minus any administrative fees) prior to that date. No fees will be returned after that time.
