POLICIES: Detailed program policies will be provided to all SYA Extreme Competition Cheer Team Members upon placement onto a competitive cheer team.
PROGRAM FEES: Program fees cover the following expenses, to include, but is not limited to:
Option 1: $121 per month / 10 months (August – May), and fundraise $300 by mid-April. Athlete agrees to pay any amount of the $300 that is not raised to SYA Extreme by May 1. Fundraising activities will be monitored by SYA Extreme’s Cheerleading Commissioner. SYA Extreme offers numerous fundraising activities throughout the entire season to include bake sales, cookie dough sales, Krispy Kreme donut sales, Thirty-One Bags, Yankee Candle, Raffles, Jewelry, Spirit Wear, etc. Sponsorship forms are also available at our gym, SYA Atmosphere.
Option 2: $ 151 per month / 10 months (August – May), and opt out of all fundraising activities.
Option 3: $151 per month / 10 months (August – May), and still participate in fundraising activities.
All accounts must be paid in full by May 1.
Travel expenses (i.e., hotel accommodations, gas, food, competition admission fees for family and friends, parking, etc.) are not included in Program Fees and will not be reimbursed by SYA Extreme.
Athletes wishing to participate on more than one team for the 2019 – 2020 competition cheer season will be required to pay an additional Crossover Fee ranging from approximately $200 – $400, depending on competitions selected for the season. The Crossover Fee will be determined in August, and may be paid in four installment payments from September to December.
