Practices are held two evenings a week (typically Tuesday and Thursday, 6-7:30pm) and Sunday afternoons (TBD), starting in March for spring registrants and August for cross country registrants. Meets are contested locally in VA, DC, and MD and will be scheduled once confirmed. Athletes have the opportunity to compete in sanctioned USATF and AAU Junior Olympic Championship meets as well. The spring track & field season ends with the Potomac Valley Games, Labor Day weekend.
